In the event that you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Origami Tissues, however, reserves the right to cancel the order on our end, due to human error in stock availability or pricing inconsistencies, at any point in time. Refund Policy
In the event that we cancel the order, your order amount will be returned to you via the same mode in which it was placed, as per payment gateway policies prevalent payment gateway policies at the time. For Example- If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Return Policy
If you receive your order in bad condition or if the package is tampered on or before delivery, please do not accept the package and return it to the delivery agent.
